
DocuSign GreenScore: From hackathon concept to core sustainability feature.
Problem/Goal:
Showcase the environmental impact made by DocuSign users by quantifying the paper saved through digital document processing.
Research:
- Using DocuSign is inherently forest-friendly
- Measuring the tangible benefits of going green with DocuSign
- Building a dashboard to visualize the environmental benefits of digital signatures

Calculator
I developed basic calculations using an Excel file to quantify environmental impact.

Ideation:
Develop a data visualization dashboard to showcase environmental impact across multiple metrics: wood saved, water conserved, time saved, money saved, and other environmental benefits.
Wireframes:
I created an environmental impact savings dashboard to showcase the results of DocuSign usage during the 2017 DocuSign Engineering Hackathon.

GreenScore Marketing Webpage and Product Dashboard
- Implemented a marketing webpage to calculate environmental impact without requiring user login
- Developed an environmental savings data visualization dashboard for the account overview section of the product
- GreenScore was the winning project at the 2017 DocuSign Engineering Hackathon
- This project led to DocuSign launching DocuSign for Forests as a commitment to helping protect and preserve the world's forests:
